At Cameron Flow, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase of sectional sofas, recliners, or other sofa products, we are here to help. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Customized or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly/installation.
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@cameronflow.site with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.
- Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided instructions.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- If the item was purchased with a discount or promotional code, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., different sofa model or color), please initiate a return first and then place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- For large furniture items such as sectional sofas, freight return charges may apply.
